Melee FTW

Overall good day. Made an attempt to run (what the fuck was I thinking!?). Came back feeling beat up as hell and sweaty as mess, but overall good about myself. Got up with Pip and went to the mall. FINALLY found that damn Panera at Southpoint! It had alluded me for some time, but I discovered its whereabouts. Got a kick-ass keychain (bottle opener). Messed around at the mall. Saw the roomie at Cheesecake. Cutetastic underwears at Urban Outfitters. Came back. Skipped dinner and went straight to Halo and beers. Good day. Hadn't played Halo in a while. Took a bit to get back into the swing of things. Still suck. Oh well.

So I went on a walk today. As I was walking back, my feet hurt so bad because I was wearing these pieces-of-shit shoes from fucking Payless. But I still felt at least a little accomplished, having walked to campus and back. As I was almost home, this song came over my iPod, and I'd never really listened to the lyrics before until then. They're just so sweet and flow so nicely when he sings them. It just makes you want to be alive and outside.

Actually the dude was really nice. The one who gave me a warning ticket for turning right on red. Yes. Right on red. You read correctly. If anyone frequents Greenville/Winterville, and is going down Firetower to turn right onto Memorial, do NOT turn right on red! Apparently there may have been a sign, but I didn't see it because of all the, you know, RAIN and DARKNESS around!
