Greenville For My Weekend

I haven't been home since graduation. Huh. I downloaded Wall-E :D. Saw "Mamma Mia". Awesome! Currently downloading all the ABBA I can get my fingers on. I missed people here. I can't believe it's been over 3 months since I've been home. Stuff has changed-- theres' apparently a new Lowes on 10th St. ext? Anthony gave me a KICK ASS massage tonight. My back thanks him immensely. Just want to throw it out there that the new Coldplay album (Viva la Vida..heh) is awesome. My life lately has been devoted to work, and Lego Star Wars. It's so fun! Living arrangement is going well...I certainly have saved a lot on gas! I found my remote to my media drive, and my copy of "Gone With The Wind"!!! And I've started on my laundry; it's already been a productive trip. Mom and I are going to see "The Dark Knight" tomorrow, making it the third time I will have seen it. My cat got fat. I should take pictures. I wore a tube top today!

Home Sweet Home

So pretty much all set up in the new apartment now. Green walls, stuff actually hung up on the walls...awesomeness. Still a little bit of a mess... I mean, where do I put my shoes?! And I still want to put up my lightsabers, my french memo board, and a coupla posters. Still...It's set up better than my other rooms were. The green is so kick-ass. And I'll set up my bathroom stuff soon.

Just got done watching "Superbad" again. "Samesies" haha I forgot how funny that was.

Dale's super-awesome dad took us out to dinner tonight...free food always a good thing.

In an hour and 20 minutes...my brother will be 35. Whoa. 35. 35. When the hell did that happen, you know, when he grew up and got married and had kids and made a life for himself. Oh yeah, I was still growing up; I remember now.

Where to put all my shoes. I never thought I'd have THAT problem. And my new shower curtain! It has pink in it! And butterflies! Well, I like butterflies, but PINK?! I liked it though, despite the pink. Green mat, green towels, butterfly-patterned shower curtain, cool polky-dotted toothbrush holder that's clear with green and blue dots, things are starting to come together. I got white shirts today too! Ah, the nice musical orchestrations of Simon and Garfunkel, "The Only Living Boy in New York," Magnanimous.

I really need to work on that Crazy Horse Writers story. Geez. Oh! And I recently found out that I have an extra semester's worth of money I can use for school. What to do, what to do. I have work tomorrow 4-8. They have me working a little more, thank God. I need to look for a better job though. Can't be too complacent.

Now, the musical orchestrations of Keane, "Nothing in my Way" from their second album "Under the Iron Sea. I'm currently straightening out that poster to put on my wall. Good album, awesome poster, great song.

Sorry (the nobody who reads this) it's been so long since I posted. I had to pack up my whole life (with the much-needed help of Dale and Steven [love those boys so much- don't know what I would have done without them these past four years] who moved my furniture and other stuff) and dump it in Dale and Steven's (now my instead of Steven's) apartment while I crashed at Kevin and Eva's for a week while Steven moved out. It's been an interesting week. And Kat came Sunday evening and we had fun and she helped me move in a bit.

The Star Wars memorabilia is abundant in my room-- I love it. Steven didn't come over today. It's weird, him not being here. I need to put up the tarot cards so a piece of him will always be here :D. I just need to remember what direction they go in. We need to go grocery shopping at some point. I guess that's all for now. My feet are going numb now.

I Apparently Hate Myself

Because I have to be up at 9 (taking Eva to the airport), and could have easily gone to bed a couple of hours ago. Sara has my same blog title! Boo! haha j/k. I guess great minds do think alike. So I'm officially homeless until friday, although I have awesome friends who let me crash at their place-slash-let me bombard their (soon-to-be-our) apartment with everything I own. I'm definitely taking a picture of it tomorrow. It's a sight to be seen, as are all sights. Ok, now that I can't find that David Sedaris quote that I wanted to put up here after Hannah made me listen to part of Me Talk Pretty One Day, i'm definitely going to sleep now.
